Our school is delighted to be joining with many others around the UK to participate in two very exciting events.
This year Children in Need will take place on Friday the 15th November and the theme is spots. Your child can come to school in non-uniform. Please don’t feel that you need to buy spotty clothes, an item of their own clothes covered in painted or paper spots would be fine. Donations will be much appreciated and go towards making a difference to young lives throughout the UK.
We are also supporting the Anti-Bullying Alliance by wearing odd socks. Again, there is no expectation for the children to wear the latest fashion or for parents to buy expensive costumes. All they have to do to take part is wear odd socks to school, it couldn’t be simpler and it’s an opportunity for children to express
themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique!
Please be aware that the wearing of jewellery is not allowed in keeping with our school policy.
