Attendance Working Party

CRC Article 28 – All children have the right to learn

Today our Attendance Working Party met for the first time, the group has been formed following class votes where students nominated who they wanted to be their class representative. Today our working party discussed:

’Why it’s important to attend school every day?’ Remmie said ’we learn lots’ while Kobi shared, he ’enjoys spending time with friends’

Another question included ’How shall we tell other people to attend school more?’ with Evie sharing ’we should compare how lucky we are to go to school compared to some children who don’t get this opportunity around the world’

We are so proud to have you representing our school for attendance.

School Roof Repairs

Dear Parents and Carers,
Over the Easter Holidays, some repairs will be made to our school roof.  You may notice some scaffolding around school over the Easter Holidays.  This is nothing to worry about and is part of the general repairs.  School will be re-open as normal on Monday 20th April.
