The nasal flu vaccinations will take place at your child’s school on Monday 23rd October, 2023. Please use the below link to complete either a consent form or a refusal for the vaccinations. The link contains the consent form and additional information such as FAQs regarding the vaccination. The link will close on Tuesday 17th October, 2023.
