Football World Cup

On Thursday 18^th July, some of our children attended the football world cup event at Staindrop Academy. In the group stages, they played against teams from Bishop Auckland and surrounding areas. Our team then progressed to finals, and went on to win silver medals, losing out on penalties.

It was a super, well organised event and our children loved every minute of competing. They showed excellent teamwork and respect to each other and everyone else involved!

Such a fantastic day and a brilliant result!
