Looked After Children with SEND

Our school recognises there are particular groups of pupils whose circumstances require additional consideration by those who work with them to support their SEND.

We have two Designated Teachers for Looked after Children, Mrs. K. Kozlowski and Mrs. L. Boulton, who ensure all teachers in school understand the implications for those children who are looked after and have SEND.

This includes working alongside designated caseworkers for Looked After Children, completing appropriate paperwork and attending Child in Care Reviews, Care Team Meetings and PEP Meetings.
